01 — Profile

Engineering Leader with a passion for building software and growing teams

Technology leader with over 30 years' experience helping organisations turn complex business problems into successful software solutions.

I work across the entire software development lifecycle - from discovery workshops, requirements gathering and functional specification through solution design and technical leadership to hands-on implementation and cloud delivery.

I mentor engineering teams, act as the technical authority for product and project managers, and remain actively involved in building scalable, maintainable software.
